This morning we got to get up bright and early to be at the Shriner's hospital at 6am (Yuck!!!) to get checked in for Hailey's surgery on her left hand this time. She had the webbing fixed in between her middle and ring finger. I'm super tired in this pic--- I can't even remember the last time that I had to wake up before 7am (besides nursing Hannah of course, but then again I'm only half awake for that, lol!!). Hailey's all scrubbed up and ready to go here- they put a sock over her left arm after they sterilize it. We're waiting in the pre-op area here. She's giving me the evil eye because we kept asking her not to climb on it the bed, but nothing was stopping her here.
This is her dr that has done now both of her surgeries. He's just checking things over again and talking to us about what's going to happen. Hailey is super loopy because they give kids something to relax them before they roll them out and have to leave the parents and then get the anestesia (spelling???)
Playing with our Hanners in the waiting room.

We came down from the waiting room and Hailey was bawling again, just like last time. It took me about 10 minutes or so to calm her down and then once she was asleep again I laid her down and she was out like a rock!
She woke up and she ate all her food!! She's still pretty groggy here, but she was being a good sport for mommy here and even said cheese!
Waiting to get checked out.
All dressed now and ready to go- she's showing me her "owie"
Back at home after a nice long nap~~~ Those are 2 of the toys that she got to take home with her from the hospital. She was back to her happy crazy self once she woke up from her nap at home and she was saying "owie", but not to her hand... it was to her foot where they put the iv in, haha. It really just makes me happy to see her bounce back so fast!
