Laundry room- it's quite a tight squeeze so we plan on fixing up the unfinished basement and moving the laundry down there in the future and probably turnign this into a fabulous walk-in pantry. If you look closely at the window notice all the old hardware around the frame??? Previous owners just kept painting over the old sets of hardware on the windows in the house and I've removed about 3 sets of hardware from every window in the house! What a pain!

View from the top of the stairs-up ahead is going to be the girls bedroom and on the left is extra space where we're giong to store all of their toys. Luckily the floors are in really good condition upstairs so it just needs a fresh coat of paint up here!
