The glass if half full

Usually I view my creativity, compared to others, as half empty. Especially those uber talented women that you seem to find left and right in the church. I made these today... nothing too special, but I made them! Hopefully eventually I'll get more creative and what not!

Peek a boo

On the ride over to Seattle I sat in the back seat... and Hannah screamed for an hour straight because she wanted me to pick her up. She's such a momma's girl.On the way back Tim sat in the back until we were almost home. Then once the girls had a nice long nap I sat back there with them. I found out Hannah plays peek a boo now- too cute!

Hannah turned 1!!!!!

My baby turned 1 on May 31st!!! Where on earth has the time gone?!! Last Sunday we had the family over. It was a great day and the rain held out for us to bbq and keep everything outside. Just some of my fav pics from that day =)We had to encourage Hailey to eat her cake when she turned 1, but Hannah jumped right in. It was awesome! She reached right for it, grabbed it, and devoured!Hannah got this hat as a present... but it kind of worked out because Hannah had no desire to wear it and Hailey loved it! I love this pic of her New nephew Quinton (not sure on spelling??)

I love the beach!

Ahhh monday morning before we got on the road we drove down to the beach that's just a few minutes away from my aunt's house. There was practically no one there and it was a nice peaceful day again. Hannah's first experience with sand =) This one's pretty funny. Hailey kind of fell at the top as she was about to go down... I was able to catch her mid way down too They found a tiny crab underneath a log and Hailey was super excited to hold itI just thought this was too neat- what the beach looked like after the tide left Chasing after the crab

Family bbq

After the M's game on Sunday we went to my aunt and uncle's house in Federal Way where we had a huge family get together and then we stayed there that night too.
This is one of my most fav people on my mom's side- My aunt Laura. Me and my girlies Crazy nanners She didn't hold back on the cake at allThere was an impromptu birthday party for Hannnah.

Mariner's game

Sunday we went to the Mariner's game. I usually try to stay away from things like that on Sunday, buuuttt we were out of town and really needed the 1pm game time. The games on fri and sat night were both at 7pm and that just doesn't work very well with our girlies.
Hailey being a monster... what's new =) Poking the nice guy who sat in front of us- at least it looks like he has a smile on his face. That was probably the time I saw her doing that and told her not to. That guy was actually VERY nice and let me use his super awesome lens on my new camera for a bit. He totally offered on his own too.... of course now I want that lens too... but we just spent an arm and a leg on the camera so that will have to wait

The nice thing about having your mom w/ you on vaca?? A decent family pic!

Happy for the moment... we actually made it to the top of the 8th inning. Our kids were driving u nutso at that point and the Mariner's were losing 7-1 so there was basically no point in torturing ourselves any longer.

Zoo

So we went over to Seattle and stayed with our awesome friends Kasandra and Erik fri and sat night. Yep they endured our monsters. I warned them =) Saturday we went to the Point Defiance Zoo. The day was supposed to be rainy and icky, but ended up being gorgeous and sunny, yay! I didn't take as many pics as I would have liked to.... we went shopping at Bellevue square after the zoo and that was when I bought my camera. I was so sick of my crappy point and shoot that I didn't take many pics at the zoo =(

This first pic is of a pic that we did at the zoo.... yep I'm that cool... not really just too lazy to get my scanner out, lol.
Hailey loved the shark tanks!Getting a tiger painted on her face. She sat still so well!
