When mommy and daddy aren't watching me...
I can sure make some good messes! Hailey got into my makeup bag and destroyed my lipstick. At least it's a color that I don't hardly ever use and she definitely gets a 10 for style.

Exploding diapers
When we got home from the lake on Sunday the kids couldn't wait to get into the pool. And literally I mean they couldn't wait. At least Jenna and Kyra, her cousins in the pics got their suits on. Tim left Hailey outside with someone watching her and when I peeked and checked on her she had gotten into the pool with all her clothes on. I really didn't care, but thought it was hilarious how huge her diaper got. Tim got the luxury of changing that one and it actually exploded because it got so water soaked.I spend the whole time trying to get a pic of Hailey's butt because it looked like she had a shelf on it-it was so big!
Family camping trip
Ok... camping... Definitely not my first choice for a vacation each year, but because it's a tradition for Tim and his family I'm forced into it. Personally, I feel like I've adjusted pretty well considering I've never tent camped before joining this family, but Tim would tell you that I do nothing but complain... and he might be right, but you won't hear me admit that anytime soon. I'm very fearful that I'll never escape this tradition either because Hailey loved spending the few days at the lake! Ugh me on the other hand... now that's a different story.
Here's my list of complaints
1. Bug, bugs, and more bugs. I especially can't stand them getting into my tent. The first night I was there I killed a nasty mosquito as it was biting me in my tent on my hand- GROSS!!!
2. Nasty toilets. K if anyone has ever camped at Lionhead at Priest Lake the bathroom has air that blows on your bum- not kidding- and it makes it very awkward to go to the bathroom. I usually can't go poo for a few days while I'm there cause it messes with me that much. Oh and yes my other camp-loving family members have the same complaint with the bathroom so at least I'm not alone there.
3. Stupid air mattress that deflates at night. Enough said there- waking up in the middle of the night with your sweaty husband on top of you is not fun.
4. Camping with kids. They get dirt everywhere and unlike me, they love dirt!
5. Camping with babies... trying to nurse in the middle of the night in a pitch black FREEZING COLD tent sucks!
6. The night getting so cold that you almost pee your pants at night because you don't want to get out of the warm sleeping bag just to go pee.
7. Not being able to take regular showers. Yes, I like to be clean. Is that such a crime?
8. Seriously, this list could go on forever... so I'll stop now
9. Gotta mention one other thing. Wild animals scare the crap out of me. Especially since my nephew said he saw a tiger without stripes, meaning a cougar. Yep I was scared straight and wouldn't let Hailey out of my sight all weekend long.
I've grown to not mind camping as much as I used to. I do like being outdoors and especially spending time on the gorgeous sandy beaches at Priest! Hey who wouldn't love that?!! Usually we go to the lake for a week long trip, but we were only able to go up Thurs night through Sunday because Tim used up all his paid vaca time with his knee surgery and Hannah's arrival.
Yes, usually I manage to get through a whole week somehow. Gosh the things that I do for this husband of mine. I guess I must just love him a whole bunch! Here's a whole bunch of pics from our trip- enjoy!
Playing in the dirt... again...
Annual family picture- Tim's parents with all their kids and grandkids.
Tim and Adam throwing Tracy into the water!
Hailey playing in the sand- she loved it and ended up eating quite a bit too!
Hailey's first hair cut
So I finally decided it was time... I've been putting it off for so long because she's my baby, but I just couldn't stand the hair in her eyes anymore. See she won't keep anything in her hair and I've bought about a million cute hair clips, but will she keep them in longer than 5 minutes??? Noooo!!! So I broke down and got her bangs cut last Thursday! Thanks Melanie for the cute haircut and mom for helping with the girls!!!
Before
After
And for a few laughs...I swear my child is the queen of strange looks, lol!!!

Horsie rides
Hailey loves to climb on Tim's back and he bounces around while on the trampoline. It's absolutely hilarious to watch and next time I need to get a video of it instead.
Hannah's blessing
We got lucky this time around and were able to have all of Tim's family here for the blessing this time! It was kind of a last minute decision to do it yesterday, but they were all here to go on their annual family camping trip. There were 2 other babies blessed yesterday. Our ward has had a huge baby boom- our bishop said that that made 6 blessings in the past month- wow!

One step closer
Yesterday we had to go and sign papers for the house... not the papers that we wanted to sign, but it got us one step closer to our goal, which is closing on this house that we love! The sellers accepted our offer and that's great news, but because it's a short sale now we could have quite the long waiting process. We have to wait and hear if the seller's lenders accept our offer now... Keeping our fingers crossed! We're really excited about this house- it had that "feeling" about it to both of us, which is really a good sign when that happens. Unfortunately it's further into town and out of our current ward boundaries, but that doesn't seem to bother either of us. You know that's a good sign when the possible negatives don't even seem to matter.
We're going to go take another look at it this afternoon with some of our family and take some measurements so that once we hear back from the banks I can start getting ready to redo the house before we move in. The nice thing is that there's not a ton of work to be done to be able to move it, but it's definitely so much easier to get things like paint and flooring done without us living there. This time I'm going to do a better job at taking before and after pictures for this house. That's my one main regret because I didn't do that with our last home.

Happy 28th birthday Tim
Tim's birthday was yesterday so we had lots of family over to celebrate! He got very spoiled with lots of $ towards his x-box fund that he really wants and yummy french silk pie instead of cake. I gave him a hard time with this picture because it looks like he's leaking... I think that Hannah may have been drooling on him.

Our new home???!!!
We think that we might have found our new home.
It has just about everything that we were looking for in a home and we're really excited about it. There's a lot of potential with this beautiful house and we will definitely get our money back that we put into it. The only big problem is that it's a short sale so we have to wait and hear back if the banks are going to accept our offer. Keeping our fingers crossed and our prayers going that everything works out and that it doesn't take as long as some short sales can be.

Daddy and his girls
Sometimes we talk about how we're destined to have all girls... Poor Tim if that actually happens, but I guess only time will tell...
I absolutely love the pictures with the dads and their kids so I'm always snapping Tim with the girls. I just think it's so precious looking!
Who's who??
So some people say that my girls look a lot different... well I beg to differ!
Here they are both about a month old... Now the real question is...
Which one is Hailey and which one is Hannah??

4th of July fun
We went out to my grandparents place on Liberty Lake this year. Gosh I never realized how much work it is to have little ones out at the lake before... well I suppose that Hailey wasn't even walking yet last summer. We just fired up the grill, brought salads, and enjoyed a nice day out at the lake.
Anyways we all know how much of a monster Hailey is, and yes, she did fall into the lake off of the dock once. Luckily we know our child very well and she had a life jacket on at all times! She was wearing her bathing suit that has a life jacket built into it so it gave Tim plenty of time to jump in after her and get her out.
Luckily, also, Tim had already been swimming and had his suit on. The water was a bit on the cold side, but nothing was stopping the boys from getting in. They were trying to jump in and catch the football... We tried to get Hailey to swim, but she just whined and cried the whole time. She enjoyed playing on the steps that lead down to the water, but that was about it. Oh and Tim caught a fish!!! Now I say it like that because while he absolutely loves fishing he doesn't seem to have any luck with it. And this is the biggest fish that I've ever seen caught off of my grandparent's dock! Way to go honey!
